Mailer & bag converting
Web in, finished mailers out — up to two lanes at once.
Automated bag machines fold, seal and cut laminated web into finished mailers and bubble bags, applying the self-seal strip in the same pass.

Converting is where the size chart lives. Small sizes run two lanes across the web — two mailers per machine cycle — which is why a #000 costs what it does; large sizes run single-lane. The self-seal lip and release liner are applied in-line, so a mailer leaves the machine ready to pack.
Changeovers between sizes happen daily, which is what makes custom dimensions routine rather than exceptional. The same machines convert bubble-only bags and pouches, with or without the seal strip.
