Owning the extruder is what makes factory-direct real. The bubble in our mailers, rolls and bags starts as resin in this plant, formed into 3/16" (small) or 1/8" (fine) bubble on a 48-inch web. No purchased film, no upstream supplier margin, no waiting on someone else's schedule.
Film is blended from virgin LDPE and LLDPE for consistent bubble formation and seal strength. Colored film — including the pink anti-static blend for electronics work — runs with masterbatch dosed at the extruder.
