The #000–#7 chart covers most parcels, but not yours if you ship calendars, apparel folios, oversized documents or an 18 × 21" product with no stock home. We build mailers to spec on the same laminated construction as our stock line: your dimensions, your facing, your closure.
Custom is routine here — the bag machines change over between sizes daily, and one-time setup is quoted transparently so you can see exactly what a bespoke size costs versus the nearest stock one.

Common questions
What does a custom size cost versus stock?
Materials scale with dimensions; the difference is a one-time machine setup we quote upfront. On repeat volumes it amortizes to a rounding error.
Is there a minimum for custom sizes?
Yes, quoted per job — setup makes very small runs uneconomical, and we'd rather show you that math than hide it.
