Why Bravo Pack
The factory is the advantage.
Most bubble packaging in North America passes through a distributor before it reaches you. Ours doesn't.
Factory pricing
You buy from the plant that extrudes the film and converts the mailer — no distributor margin stacked on top.
Your sizes, your print
Custom dimensions are routine, not exceptions — and we print your brand in 1–3 colors without a container-load commitment.
Days, not weeks
Rosarito is minutes from the San Diego crossing. Orders move overland to the U.S. — no ocean freight, no port delays.
Low minimums
Import quantities force you to warehouse a year of packaging. Our minimums let you order what you actually use.
Bubble rolls
Bubble by the mile.
3/16" and 1/8" bubble slit to your width from our 48" web — wrap stations, void fill and standing monthly programs.
Private label & wholesale
Your brand on our lines.
Distributors and packaging brands run their programs on Bravo Pack's plant: we manufacture to your spec and pack under your name, at factory pricing that leaves room for your margin.

Questions
What buyers ask before switching to factory-direct.
What is Bravo Pack?
Bravo Pack de México is a bubble packaging manufacturer in Rosarito, Baja California, minutes from the San Diego border. We extrude our own bubble film and convert it into poly and kraft bubble mailers, bubble rolls and bubble bags on our own lines.
Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?
A manufacturer. The film is extruded, laminated and converted into finished product in our own plant — which is why our pricing doesn't carry a distributor margin.
What sizes of bubble mailers do you make?
Eleven stock sizes from #000 (4×7") to #7 (14.25×19"), in white, black, blue and pink poly and in kraft — plus custom dimensions built to your spec.
What bubble heights do you run?
3/16" (small bubble) and 1/8" (fine bubble), extruded from virgin LDPE/LLDPE blends on a 48" web. Anti-static pink bubble is available.
Can you print my brand on the mailers?
Yes — 1 to 3 colors on poly or kraft mailers, without the container-load minimums importers require. Plate charges are quoted upfront and amortize on repeat runs.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Far below import minimums — typically a few thousand pieces for stock sizes and quoted per job for custom sizes and printing. Send your volumes and we'll confirm on the quote.
Do you ship to the United States?
Daily. The plant is minutes from the San Diego crossing, so orders move overland — most U.S. deliveries run days, not weeks, with EXW or delivered pricing.
Do you do private label or wholesale programs?
Yes. Distributors and packaging brands run standing programs on our lines: we manufacture and pack under your brand at factory pricing, released against your schedule.
